Shalini’s mind is an eclectic smorgasbord of creative ideas. From designing webcontent and ebrochures to writing articles, blogs and poetry, Shalini has built an incredible reputation in the eLearning industry with her innovative design solutions and out of the box training techniques. She consults with a variety of eLearning companies, corporations, intergovernmental organizations and entrepreneurs to transform their information into an impactful learning experience. She believes eLearning can address the most sensitive and difficult subjects. A product of JB Petit High School, Shalini graduated with a degree in International Business from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio. In her extra time, Shalini is a singer-songwriter, an animal activist and a committed recycler (she composts her own wet waste and recycles plastic). Shalini has worked on numerous community welfare projects and continues to support issue-based activism.

Subash Gogia is a business mentor and advisor to young start-ups who want to benefit from his never say die spirit and achieve success in multiple commercial ventures. He started his career in the footsteps of his world-famous father Gogia Pasha, and performed magic and entertainment shows across the world. He then built from the grounds up one of India’s most well-recognized interior contracting firms - Gogia Interiors, through which he executed jobs for Dhirubhai Ambani, Vijay Mallya, Citibank, Llyods Steel and The Oberois among others. He has never hesitated to participate in a venture, whether it s travel agency, a restaurant or a coal export business. He has excellent marketing skills and the willingness to try over and over again. We salute his spirit and feel blessed to have him advising us.
