We take ownership of the entire e-learning project lifecycle from design to deployment. This includes assessing learning needs, designing the course structure, understanding LMS specifications and other technical parameters, storyboarding the modules and creating an assessment for certification. We then test the course and supervise the deployment. When working with a multicultural team or diverse group of key decision-makers, it becomes integral to connect and dialog with individual stakeholders and evolve the course design to include their ideas and expertise. We apply coaching methodologies such as deep listening to extract the true expectations of each stakeholder and build it into the course design. Such exercises should be conducted at three stages: (a) at the beginning when setting course goals and outcomes, (b) during the scripting process and (c) during post-course evaluation. Encouraging early intervention from key stakeholders helps mitigate the risk of rework for customized eLearning solutions. 

The exercise to assess a learning need is essential to create a course that achieves the performance goals while creating a deep connection with the learner. We start by defining clear business or performance goals. Next, we create a detailed learner persona and identify learner motivation and barriers to implementation. This will influence the course design and choice of deployment platform. This will also help us integrate all aspects of the course content and create a clear system for summative evaluation. 

After the learning needs are clearly assessed and identified, it is essential create a macro and micro level course design. The design is based on two parameters: selected content and learner profile. Often, to select the content we help the client curate the content as lack of content readiness is a big problem area. The content has to match the performance goals identified in the needs assessment. The learner profile has already been identified in the needs assessment. We curate the content to match the learning needs of the learner, keeping in mind that different learners engage with the content differently. 

We offer our high value storyboarding services which include taking a complete handover of the design approach and then defining the scripting guidelines, visualization parameters, voiceover strategy and review checklists to ensure that storyboards are cohesive, connected, coherent and clean. After client sign-off we get the finalized storyboards ready for course development. This includes storyboards for explainer videos, learning videos, animations, infographics, case studies, scenarios, roleplays and assessments.
